A message from Tedd, Mike and Ric
We hope that you have enjoyed your visit to "thediamondsmusic.com". We have done our best to present some historical facts and figures, image galleries and discographies that trace the career of a group that was one of the most influential and imitated in the "pre Beatles" rock and roll era - ie the original wave of rock and roll.
Many of the gallery photographs are published here for the first time and are from the private collections of The Diamonds and their families. The vinyl record images were photographed from Ric's record collection - painstakingly built up over a twenty five year period and consisting of every commercial release The Diamonds ever had (plus some unreleased material). The collection is now under lock and key in a vault!
One of the many pleasures in the creation of this site has been getting the opportunity to speak with The Diamonds themselves. Each and every one has graciously and generously volunteered their time an resources to the project, and speaking first-hand to the fellows and their wives has been delightful.
